An amazing news that Shazam is now joining Apple. This was first reported by Techcrunch that the deal is worth $400 million. Through Shazam, users can easily identify songs, TV shows, movies.

An Apple spokesman told the Verge
“We are thrilled that Shazam and its talented team will be joining Apple,”

Apple Music has a great combination with Shazam and they both have a natural fit, and together they can discover and deliver great music experience to the users.
Shazam in their statement said that “We are excited to announce that Shazam has entered into an agreement to become part of Apple,”. Although Apple is also interested in Shazam’s Augmented reality technology which could improve its offerings. Shazam has visual acknowledgment tech and an AR stage for brands that could help in the advancement of a Google Lens-sort highlight and enhance its ARKit endeavors.
